Welcome to the
Official Website of Ruslan Karaev
Ruslan Karaev (born May 19, 1983) is a Ossetian
kickboxer currently residing in Tokyo, Japan where he was training for
some time at Marupro Gym, later moving to Ihara Dojo where he is training
full time now.
In 2005 he took the kickboxing world by a storm winning the K-1 World
Grand Prix 2005 Las Vegas tournament. He's loved by the fans for his
exciting and explosive fighting style.
Also in 2006 and 2008 he was among the top 8 fighters in the world
participating in the K-1 WGP Finals in Tokyo. In 2009 he wants to start
stronger and launch his assault to the championship title!
